How does the Membership minimum term work?

What is Founding Membership?
£49/month. Three-month minimum commitment (£147 before any applicable tax), then monthly. Request cancellation anytime; access and billing end at the end of your commitment or current billing period, whichever is later. It's only for the first 50 businesses. Your monthly price stays the same for as long as your membership continues, even if our prices go up.
Why am I charged in pounds?
We're a UK service, so every price is set and charged in GBP. You can view prices in US dollars or Philippine pesos as a guide. Those are converted using recent exchange rates and may differ from your bank's rate.
Can I cancel Membership?
Yes — you can request cancellation from your billing page at any time. If you're still inside the minimum term, the remaining monthly payments are still due and your access continues until the commitment ends. After that, access ends at the end of the month you've paid for. We show you the exact end date when you request it.
How does One Month Access end?
£119 one-off payment for one calendar month of access. It does not renew. A hire isn't guaranteed. Access runs from the moment your payment succeeds — for example, from 15 March to 15 April for one month.
How do the done-for-you services work?
Pay once and our team gets to work. We'll contact you within one working day to understand the role. Done-for-You Shortlist: Three vetted specialists for your role in 72 hours, with video intros and a short paid test task. Managed Hire: We shortlist, run the first interviews and give you a 30-day free replacement. Services don't include directory access or the specialist's pay.
What happens to my shortlists and messages when access ends?
You keep your account, shortlists and message history. You can still browse. To send new messages you'll need access again.
Can I switch from One Month Access to Membership?
Yes. When your access is close to ending, choose a membership from your billing page. We won't let you buy overlapping plans by accident.
Does the fee include the specialist's pay?
No. Access fees only cover access to contact specialists. You pay the specialist directly at the rate you agree together.
Is a hire guaranteed?
No. We make finding and contacting the right people quick, but whether you hire someone depends on you and them.
