What we check, and what we don't
We'd rather be clear than oversell.
- Identity
- Before a profile goes live we check the person's ID matches them. Profiles that pass show “ID checked”. This is not a skills check.
- Profile content
- Our team reviews every profile and video before it is published, and removes contact details so all first contact happens on the platform.
- Skills and experience
- These are declared by the specialist. Ask for examples, set a short paid task and take references — the same as any hire.
- Availability
- Specialists must confirm they're available at least every 15 days, or their profile is hidden from search. You won't waste time on people who've moved on.

Is browsing really free?
Yes. You can search, filter, watch introductions and save shortlists without paying. You only pay when you want to contact specialists.
Do specialists pay to join?
No. Specialist profiles are free to create and free to keep live.
What does paid access give me?
Paid access lets you message specialists and see the contact details each specialist chooses to share. Without it you can still browse everything else.
Who checks the skills, rates and availability on a profile?
Specialists declare their own skills, software proficiency, rates and availability. We review every profile before it goes live and remove ones that don't meet our standards, but we don't test skills. Interview and test for anything that matters to you.
What does “ID checked” mean?
It means we've checked the person's identity document matches the person on the profile. It is an identity check only — it is not a check of their skills, qualifications or work history.
Who handles interviews, contracts and pay?
You do, directly with the specialist. You agree the role, hours, rate and working terms between you, and you pay them directly. We don't act as an employer, agency or payroll provider.
Does the access fee include the specialist's pay?
No. The access fee only covers access to contact specialists on the platform. You pay the specialist separately, at the rate you agree with them.
Is a hire guaranteed?
No. We make it quick to find and contact people who fit, but we can't guarantee that someone will be available, accept your offer or be the right fit.
How does cancellation work?
£59/month. Three-month minimum commitment (£177 before any applicable tax), then monthly. Request cancellation anytime; access and billing end at the end of your commitment or current billing period, whichever is later. You can request cancellation from your billing page at any time and we'll show you the exact date your access ends.
What happens when One Month Access ends?
£119 one-off payment for one calendar month of access. It does not renew. A hire isn't guaranteed. When the month ends you can still browse and keep your shortlists, but you'll need new access to send messages. See pricing.
