Draft — pending legal review before launch

This text explains how we intend the service to work. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before launch. Items in [square brackets] are placeholders.

We want everyone to be able to use Opario Talent, whatever device you use and however you use it. Many of our specialists read English as a second language, so we also try to keep our words short and plain.

What we aim for

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet had an independent audit, so we don't claim full conformance.

  • Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Every form field has a label, and errors explain how to fix them.
  • Pages work on small phone screens and when zoomed to 200%.
  • Introduction videos never autoplay with sound and support captions.
  • We respect your device's “reduce motion” setting.

Known issues

  • Captions on specialist videos are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.
  • [Any issues found during the pre-launch audit will be listed here.]

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, contact us or email talent@opario.io. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We'll reply and, where we can, fix it.
