  1. Step 1: About you

    Your name, phone number, where you live in the Philippines and a photo of your ID. We keep your ID and contact details private.

  2. Step 2: Your expertise

    Choose one department, up to two specialisms and up to three tools you know best. Narrow is good — businesses search for experts.

  3. Step 3: Availability and rate

    Your hourly rate, how many hours you can work, and the hours you can work in UK time.

  4. Step 4: Your workspace

    Your computer, internet speed and backup power or internet. UK businesses care about this a lot.

  5. Step 5: Your video and publish

    Record a short introduction. We help cut it to your best 30 seconds and remove any contact details. Then send it for review.

Tips for a strong profile

  • Stay in your lane

    Choose the work you are best at. “Bookkeeper who knows Xero” gets more messages than “I can do everything”.

  • Show real examples

    For each specialism, write one short example of work you have done. Numbers help: “reconciled 3 bank accounts daily”.

  • Keep your video simple

    Good light, quiet room, look at the camera. Say who you are, what you do best and which tools you use.

  • Stay active

    Confirm your availability at least every 15 days. If you don't, your profile is hidden until you come back.

Do I have to pay anything?
No. Creating and keeping your profile is free.
Who can join?
Adults who live in the Philippines and have a specialist skill in one of our six departments.
Why do you need my ID?
To check you are a real person and the person on the profile. Businesses see “ID checked”. They never see your ID document.
Will businesses see my phone number or email?
Not on your public profile. Paying businesses can message you on the platform, and you choose which contact details to share with them.
Who pays me?
The business you work for pays you directly. You agree your rate and hours with them. We do not take a cut of your pay.
Why is my profile hidden?
Profiles are hidden if you have not confirmed your availability for 15 days. Log in and tap “I'm still available” to bring it back.
Can I add Wise or PayPal details?
Yes, it is optional and private. It is never shown on your public profile.
